ICUnet.Group Earns Top Honors for Customer Centricity at TOP SERVICE Germany
ICUnet.Group is proud to announce that it has once again achieved excellence in the B2B sector at TOP SERVICE Germany, a prestigious recognition program that celebrates outstanding performance in customer service. This achievement is further amplified by ICUnet.Group's inclusion in the Handelsblatt editions of February 24th and 28th, a leading German business newspaper.
"These companies honoured by TOP Service are the result of in-depth analysis of management activities and customer perceptions", stated Christian Roeb, Managing Director and organizer of the event. Two colleagues had the honour of attending the award ceremony at the spectacular Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn and receiving the award for exemplary customer orientation on behalf of our Global Mobility Services.
"Customer focus and creativity" are therefore not only our self-imposed guidelines, but also the keywords that can actually be used to describe the ICUnet.Group, for example, according to Dr Olaf Kliesow, Global Head Reward & Performance at Allianz, in his statement to the expert panel at our Orange Meeting in September 2022.
