IND® Intercultural Assessment Tools
INTERCULTURAL PREFERENCES
IPT®: Intercultural Preference Tool
Our proprietary IPT® tool assesses and analyses cultural preferences in the work context. The foundation of the IPT® is based on seven cultural dimensions, used to compare cultures.
Based on the employee filling out a questionnaire, the online test creates an individual cultural profile, which is compared to scientifically determined profiles of more than 70 countries.
This allows you to find the perfect assignee for the respective target country.
INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
I4ID®: Inventory for Intercultural Development
Our proprietary I4ID® tool assesses 19 competencies from the international context, which are assigned to six competency areas:
Communication, learning, social interaction, self-awareness, self-management, creating synergies.
I4ID® maps development progress over time and is therefore not only a data-based decision-making tool for assignments, but also in the coaching/training context for employee development.
INTERCULTURAL SENSITIVITY
TIS®: Test of Intercultural Sensitivity
Our proprietary TIS® tool assesses personality traits in eight dimensions that have been shown to influence the success of an international assignment for an employee and their spouse or partner:
Tolerance of ambiguity, empathy, flexibility, tolerance of frustration, openness, self-reflection, self-efficacy, and appreciation. TIS® is the perfect basis for suitability diagnostics in the run-up to an assignment.
Global Potential
IGP: Inventory for Global Potential
IGP is used for self-assessment of personality in the agile, digital and global working world. It assesses 13 personality traits that are assigned to five factors that are essential in today's working world, which is characterized by remote work and change.
The outcome of the report can be used to interpret in which situation(s) someone feels particularly comfortable, and also which task brings out the best potential in an employee.
